For those of you who may not have noticed, Armslist is now a members only site. The cost is $3.99 per month. You can view ads for free, but to contact sellers or post new ads you must be a paid member. This really pisses me off.

Joined Nov 21, 2006. . 15,840 Posts. #25 6 mo ago. I added two favorites last night and then log in today to call about one of them and find I can no longer access it. Kinda of a *ick move by Armslist but whatever. I found what I needed. Not gonna pay $4/mo.

Apparently, there was some sort of grace period between the announcement of pay and actual freezing of ads. Seller said be just did manage to edit his ad with a phone number before edit access was cut off. Also said he has one more ad up and when its gone, he''ll no longer use Armslist.
